Privacy Policy

FillLink helps people offer, request, collect and deliver construction and civil materials. This policy explains how information is handled when you use FillLink.
Information we collect
- Account information, including your name, email address, phone number and company details.
- Listing information, including material descriptions, photographs, prices, contact instructions, locations and availability dates.
- Approximate or precise location when you choose to use the location feature.
- Security and activity records needed to identify who created or changed a listing and to investigate misuse.
How information is used
We use information to operate listings and maps, verify account holders, enable contact between users, protect the service, investigate unauthorised dumping or unsafe conduct, and improve FillLink.
Public listing information
Information placed in an active public marketplace listing may be visible publicly, including its photograph, material description, price, approximate or stated location, contact name, phone number and contact email. Do not publish information you do not want other people to see.
Private groups
Private listings and their photos, locations and contact details are restricted to invited group members with active paid memberships. Group creators control invitations and removal. Invited members can download or share information they can see, so only share with people you trust. Deleting the creator’s account closes access to their groups.
Service providers and disclosure
FillLink uses Supabase for account authentication, Sites hosting and storage, Apple for in-app subscriptions, Stripe for web billing, and OpenStreetMap-based maps. Address search text is sent through our server to Photon (Komoot) to return matching locations. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, prevent fraud or investigate illegal dumping and misuse.
Retention and security
We retain account, listing and audit information for as long as reasonably required to operate and protect the service or meet legal obligations. We use verified sign-in and access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can mark your listing as gone, manage blocked users, and permanently delete your account and associated listings and photos from Account & safety. Deletion does not cancel subscription renewals; use Manage membership before deleting. Apple and Stripe retain payment records under their own policies. Contact us to request access or correction.
