Terms of Use

By using FillLink, you agree to these terms. FillLink is a marketplace that helps users find and contact each other about materials. FillLink is not the seller, buyer, transporter, tester or certifier of listed material.

Verified accounts and listings

You must provide accurate account and listing information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Only the verified listing owner and the FillLink administrator may change or close that listing.

Material safety and legality

You must accurately describe material, contamination, hazards, quantity and location. You must not offer, request, transport or deposit asbestos, hazardous waste, contaminated material or any regulated material unless every legal requirement, approval and licence has been satisfied.

No unauthorised dumping

Material must never be delivered without the recipient’s current permission. Contact the recipient before delivery when requested and confirm that the location can still accept the load. Illegal dumping, deception and deliberate misdescription are prohibited.

User checks

Users must independently inspect material and verify contamination status, ownership, transport requirements, site access, price and legal compliance before agreeing to collect or deliver it. Photos and declarations are supplied by users and are not guarantees from FillLink.

Reporting and blocking

Abuse, harassment, hateful or sexual content, fraud and misleading listings are prohibited. Use Report listing or block user on a listing to report a concern or hide that user’s listings from your signed-in view. Blocking cannot prevent phone calls or texts outside FillLink. Removal and suspension

FillLink may remove listings, preserve audit records, suspend accounts or provide relevant records to authorities when reasonably necessary to address safety, misuse, disputes or suspected unlawful conduct.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FillLink is not responsible for user-supplied material, transport, contamination, property damage, delay, personal injury or agreements between users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
